Reaffirmation of Vows

Our studio has photographed a few same-sex marriages.  I love being a part of any type of wedding for the emotion that you share with that couple.  Being truly emerged in what each feels for the other person.  Wether it be a certain glance or touch on the back...whatever it may be, it states how connected that couple is.  I had the honor of creating memories for Lindsay and Jama this past weekend.  We had an amazing day of weather and the location was in Broad Ripple at The Willows on Westfield, The Lodge.  Thank you for letting me be there with you to capture your day!

Until the next post, thanks for checking us out!

Emotions

One of the amazing things about being a photographer is that you get to capture moments in time.  Later revisit those moments and hopefully bring back the same joy or more, for that you were able to relive it for a split second.  I was going through my hard drives and DVD's over the past decade, to find pictures of my family members.  I have an uncle and aunt that are hitting mile marker birthday's this weekend....CONGRATULATIONS!!!! We were putting together collages of some their great moments in time.
There is a lot that I am thankful for!  One would be having a spectacular family...they are truly amazing, supportive, all around beautiful people!  I could go on for days about some of my favorite pictures with them.  Though, I would like to share one of my favorite that I captured.  It is at my cousins wedding some time back.  She had just finished getting ready for her wedding day.  She looked gorgeous and was just being revealed for the first time to her father (my uncle).  Our grandmother was present as well.  The image that I captured will speak volumes.

There is a reason I love being a photographer...to be able to stop time and to relive it over and over.  There are some many other cherished moments that I have been honored to capture over the years...but this is one I had to share!

Her FIRST Birthday

I will state as a photographer, it is a honor to be a part of a family's milestone events. Either it be a Wedding or starting a family together.  This week I was able to capture a lot of great moments with Dhvuri on her first birthday.  It was hard to believe that one year ago, we were photographing her as a newborn and yesterday she turned one!  She is stunning and full of character....and above all loves to dance!  I had a great time capturing all her great moments!  Thanks for letting me share it with you!
